TTGSF REFUND POLICY

All tuition and fees for TTGSF programs and offerings are Non-Refundable.

At the discretion of the Program Director, a credit in the amount of requested refund may be offered. 

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Training Ground and Training Roots programs

• All Workshops and Intensives (including Co•LABs and The Hatchery)

• Open Classes

• Auditions (If needed, ability to reschedule in-person auditions when feasible or submit a video audition instead.)

Exceptions for Special Circumstances (Training Ground & Training Roots Programs Only)

Refund Requests based on extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exception requires explicit approval from the Program Director. For requests to be considered, they must be submitted in writing to info@thetraininggroundsf.com.

Eligible circumstances include:

• Documented medical issues or injuries (physician’s note required)

• Family emergencies (such as severe health crises or loss of an immediate family member)

• Extreme financial hardship

• Natural disasters

If ttgsf must cancel a workshop intensive, registered participants will receive either a refund or credit for the amount paid.
