Michael (Mike) Dolman is a native of Kansas City, Kansas. Mike holds a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from the Kansas City Conservatory of Music, and a Master of Music from the University of Northern Colorado. His teachers have included pianist/composer Dale Dykins, and acclaimed pianist Jack Winerock. Mike has work with many ballet teachers such as Violette Verdy, Diana Adams, Gloria Govrin, Jeff Lyons, and many others. He is an active chamber musician collaborating with cellist Amy Brodo, harpist Victoria Schultz and others.Mike is an active composer, his "Piano Sletches" and Three in 3/4 will be available in print this fall.

Ben Juodvalkis sits at a piano

Ben Juodvalkis is a San Francisco-based composer who has spent over 20 years creating original music for dance, film, theater, and multimedia installations. His work has been performed on four continents and features partnerships with more than 50 organizations, including LINES Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance, Bandaloop, and Joe Goode Performance Group. Blending traditional sounds with electronic production, Ben designs custom electronic instruments to bring his compositions to life for dancers.

Ben's expertise spans composition, performance, record production, sound design, and music direction, and he holds a BA in Music from UC Santa Cruz. A founding member of the rock band Battlehooch, he continues to mentor students, champion collaborative creativity, and push the boundaries of the performing arts. He is also the creator of Maestro Modern, a music platform specifically designed for dance teachers and performers.
