Led by Alejandro Perez joined by Gretchen Ackerman and a special guest artist, this two-day co•LAB dance intensive invites you to tune into your self and move from a place of truth.
Known for his grounded, groove-infused style, Alejandro guides dancers to connect deeply with their bodies, emphasizing breath and musicality. Through a blend of improvisation, contemporary technique, and soulful exploration, you’ll uncover new textures and rhythms in your movement.
This immersive experience is about more than steps — it’s about feeling, freedom, and finding your unique flow as you see contemporary dance through a new, more personal lens.
